Troubleshooting(AIR-1)

This guide applies only to devices with a management number starting with "WD..." or "WF..." (found on the label on the back of the device).

If your device is not working properly, please try the following steps.

Note: Performing a reset will clear the data usage displayed on the screen back to "0."
Please make a note of your current usage beforehand if necessary. Caution: The battery must be charged to at least 20% to perform a reset.

<Resetting the Device>

(1) Factory Reset:Swipe to the last page and go to Device Info (端末情報) > Reset (初期化する) > Yes (はい) > Yes (はい), then wait for the device to restart.

(2) Language Setup:After the restart, the language selection screen will appear. Select your preferred language.

<Software Update>

(1) Navigation:Swipe the menu screen to the right twice and tap Software Update (ソフトウェアアップデート).

(2) Select Update:Tap Software Update (ソフトウェアアップデート) again.

(3) Check for Update:Tap Check for Updates (アップデートを確認する).

< If Connection is Unstable>

(1) Network Optimization:Turn on the power, swipe the screen to the right, and select Network Optimization (ネットワーク最適化) > Optimize Now (今すぐ最適化します).

(2) Completion:The process will take approximately 1 to 2 minutes to complete.
